No quote on this page, I’m afraid, just an explanation. I believe all books have some value. I’ll never chuck one in the recycle bin. But a quick glance at Amazon will show hundreds of second hand books listed for 1p. That’s because you also pay £2.75 P&P, even if it only costs £1.50 to post. So even after paying Amazon fees, the seller will get considerably more than 1p for the book.
I can’t match a 1p listing, but I can say that you will only pay the actual P&P cost, not one that is inflated to £2.75 regardless of weight. The total cost could be less than a 1p Amazon listing – especially if you buy multiple items.
